High-power and short-duration ablation with the Qdot+ algorithm for pulmonary vein isolation and the right superior ganglion plexus ablation without fluoroscopy

In this report we present pulmonary vein and posterior box isolation together with the right superior ganglion plexus ablation using Qdot Micro catheter without fluoroscopy. We describe different possibilities of new technology for ablation. The main advantages to potentially increase safety effectiveness are discussed. Specifically, possibility perform high-density mapping lowest available distance between points. Furthermore, decrease risk collateral tissue damage improve atrial linear lesions contiguity, transmurality durability due dominance resistive heating supported by feedback temperature control. Finally, shorten procedure fluoroscopy duration high shortening application 4 seconds only.
